A: Yes! Submit your logo through our website and we’ll review it to determine the best method—engraving or printing.

A: We prefer .AI (Adobe Illustrator) files. Other formats can work, but may have limitations depending on quality.

Q: Do you provide mock-ups before ordering?
A: We provide proofs after an order is placed, but we do not create mock-ups prior to purchase.

Q: Do you charge to redesign my file?
A: If your file needs to be recreated or adjusted for engraving, we’ll contact you before starting. Design fees typically start at $10+, depending on complexity.

A: Yes! You’re welcome to bring in items like apparel, drinkware, or signs for customization.

Q: Is it cheaper if I provide my own items?
A: In most cases, yes—you’ll only be charged for labor and any materials used during the process.

A: When supplying your own items, you assume the risk. Some materials can react unpredictably to engraving or pressing. We’ll always communicate potential risks ahead of time.

A: If materials have already been prepared, we are unable to offer refunds for no-shows.

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Absolutely! Local pickup is available at our Louisville location.
Please note: Painted Tree locations do not allow order pickups.
