Please take note of the following shipping deadlines: Shipping orders are NOT guaranteed by the USPS or The Lantern Boutique. Most items are shipped via USPS but we reserve the right to ship with another carrier if needed. Please remember we need a few days to process your order and create your wonderful items.
Please note custom orders or special orders may take longer to produce.
Once the item leaves our store we do not have any control over the USPS, Fed-ex, or UPS shipping process, speed, or delivery. We do offer Free pick up at our shop or for a small fee we offer meet up at Scooters of 144th & I80 or we offer doorstep delivery in the Omaha area.
Any charges that are incurred for shipping will be shown in the cart at checkout.
You do have the option to pick it up at our location in Louisville, Nebraska.

We will do our best to get the product shipped to you as quickly as possible but please understand some custom items may take longer to produce and get shipped.
The Lantern Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless we input your shipping address wrong. Should you input your address wrong at checkout and the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges.
If you do not pay the reshipping charges we will not ship your items.
If your item is lost by the shipping carrier you will be required to submit a claim with the carrier. The Lantern Boutique will do its best to assist in your claim.

Return & Exchange Policy
If for some reason your item(s) arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 5 business days of receiving the product so we can figure out a solution.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom items once the order is in production. If the item is not customized you can return it to us for a refund. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the items back to us.
