Hooligan and shamrock pet collar is available for cats and small dogs.   Made with grosgrain ribbon and nylon webbing.   Cat collar is 5/8 inch wide and fits 7-11 inch neck.   Dog XSmall is 5/8 inch wide and fits 7-11 inch neck.   Small collar is 3/4 inch wide and fits 10-16 inch neck.
