Here is a fun game with a twist. 
Just like the game, you build the tower and gather the players. 
 
The twist part! Each block has something engraved on it.
Some might say take a drink, earn points, lose points, or steal a block.
 
The goal of the game is to earn the most points before the tower falls.
If you cause the tower to fall, you are out. Everyone else at that time will add up their blocks and whoever has the most points is the winner. This game can be an adult drinking game or can even be a child game and just use a kid-appropriate drink
