Our Natural Magnesium Spray is an easy way to replenish your magnesium levels and enjoy its calming benefits. Here's how to use it effectively:

1. Shake Well Before Each Use: Natural separation can occur. Give the bottle a good shake to ensure the magnesium and any other ingredients are evenly dispersed.

2. Apply to Clean Skin: For best absorption, spray directly onto clean, dry skin. Common application areas include your torso, arms, legs, or the soles of your feet.

3. Determine the Right Amount: Start with 5-10 sprays (approximately 100-200mg of magnesium) and gradually increase as tolerated. The ideal amount can vary based on individual needs and sensitivity.

4. Gently Rub In (Optional): You can gently rub the spray into your skin after application to help with absorption, though it's not strictly necessary.

5. Allow to Air Dry: Let the spray air dry completely. It may leave a slight mineral residue, which is normal and can be rinsed off after 20-30 minutes if desired, once absorbed.
